What is the Digital Kit and how can I participate?

The Digital Kit is a public aid program that aims to promote the digitalization of the Spanish productive fabric to favor its growth and its presence in new markets.

It is a government initiative, framed in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Spain Digital Agenda 2026 and the SME Digitalization Plan 2021-2025, and financed by the NextGeneration funds of the European Union.

With the help of the Digital Kit you can access digital bonds ranging from €3,000 to €29,000 to invest in the digitization of your company through digitization agents such as Polaroo.

Who can apply for the Digital Kit?

Segment I

From 10 to 49 employees → €12.000

Segment II

3 to 9 employees → €6.000

Segment III

0 to 2 employees and self-employed → €3.000

The goal of this category is the visualization of the state of your business based on the intelligent analysis of data to improve the decision making process.

What is included in this service with Polaroo:

The objective of this category is to digitize and automate your business processes related to operational or productive aspects.

What is included in this service with Polaroo:

- Account Manager dedicated to your account and assets.
- Automatic collection of invoices.
- Control and management of calls, incidents, payments, registrations/cancellations and changes with suppliers.
- 12 months with Polaroo
- Onboarding and personalized attention.

The maximum amount of aid is:

- Segment I: 10 < 50 employees: 6,000 €.

- Segment II: 3 < 9 employees: 3.000€

- Segment V: 100 < 250 employees: 18.000€.

What are the requirements to apply for assistance?

Being a medium, small, micro or self-employed company.

Not to be considered as a company in crisis.

Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y frente a la Seguridad Social.

Not to incur in any of the prohibitions foreseen in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, 2003, General Law on Subsidies.

Not to exceed the minimis aid limit, i.e. all subsidies granted by European Union states that do not exceed €200,000.

To be registered and have the minimum seniority established by the official announcement.

Not being subject to an open recovery order from the European Commission that has declared an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.

Meeting the financial and effective limits that define the categories of companies.

To be domiciled in Spain for tax purposes.

Steps to apply for the Digital Kit

Register at acelerapyme.es and complete the self-diagnosis test to find out what level of digitalization your company has.

Select the digital solutions that best fit the needs of your project.

*Remember that with Polaroo it would be 'Business Intelligence and Analytics' and 'Process Management'.

Receive the digital voucher, sign a digital solutions delivery agreement with Polaroo as the digitizing agent and start implementing the solution.

How to manage the Digital Kit?

Once you have received notification of the digital voucher, you can use it by choosing the digitizing agent to develop one or more digital solutions for your business.

The agreements signed with the digitizing agent imply a contractual relationship between both parties and, although you can choose several digitizing agents, you can only choose one for each of the solutions you want to implement.

Please note:

From the moment the digital bonus is granted, you have 6 months to use it.
For each of the digital solutions chosen, you will have to sign a separate agreement.
Once the agreement is signed, the digitizing agent has 3 months to implement the agreed solution.
It is the digitizing agent who directly receives the amount of aid established for the chosen category.
Payment is made after the digitizing agent has justified the work performed.
If the amount of the chosen solution exceeds the aid limit for that category, the beneficiary will have to pay the difference.
The digital voucher is considered a subsidy and cannot be used retroactively to its concession.
The digital bonus subsidy does not include VAT.
First phase

How does the free trial work?
