The foundation of what is now Polaroo began after a life-changing adventure. Brothers Marc and David decided to leave their careers behind to solve a terrible experience: managing service providers.

Their journey was marked by resilience and a commitment to continuous iteration, listening to the market, engaging with clients, and building a strong team. Through these efforts, they developed a solution that helps companies with multiple assets (apartments, co-livings, stores, restaurant chains, hotel groups) focus their energy and resources on their core business. This approach not only reduces costs and increases efficiency but also integrates an AI-powered expert into their clients' teams, revolutionizing provider management as we know it.

Why the name Polaroo? When Sergio and Didier joined, their first office was "the igloo." This concept came from Marc and David’s brother, who drew an igloo on the door of their parents' garage. Wanting to honor their beginnings and symbolize a safe place in harsh conditions (the reality of provider management), they combined the words polar and igloo to create Polaroo.
