About FEVITUR‍

La Spanish Federation of Tourist Housing and Apartment Associations (FEVITUR) is the entity that brings together 23 associations of apartments and housing for tourist use in Spain, representing more than 185,000 properties across the country.

Since its founding in 2013, FEVITUR has established itself as an interlocutor between the tourist rental sector and public administrations. Its objective is to coordinate and unite this sector, to guarantee the quality of the services offered, and to ensure that the offer of tourist apartments in Spain is fully integrated and regulated within the framework of national tourism.
