The Challenge

With its rapid growth, Muppy faced the challenge of efficiently managing supplies for its multiple real estate assets. With more than 600 rooms distributed among the main cities in Spain, the centralization and control of invoices became crucial to avoid losses and ensure operational efficiency. It was then that the Valencian startup decided to work with us and use Polaroo's software tool in search of innovative solutions.

Thanks to the technological development implemented in Polaroo's tool, together with the team of experts focused on personalized attention, allowed Muppy to save time and resources in supply management, thus freeing up resources to focus on offering an exceptional experience to guests.‍

Results

With the implementation of Polaroo, Muppy has managed to save more than 2,300 hours in supply management and invoice accounting. Specifically during the first quarter of 2024, the time savings have been more than 120 hours per month related to incidents, claims and changes of ownership required in its more than 100 real estate assets, thus freeing up time for more strategic activities.

In addition, the centralization and digitization of invoices allow full control of accounting, facilitating the detection of anomalies and cost optimization. In conclusion, working with Muppy represents a clear example of how technological innovation can transform working models into more effective ones.
