History
TEIKIT is a Japanese food delivery service founded by young entrepreneurs Quim, Martín and Ramón in 2012. The company stands out for offering a wide variety of high quality products that combine different gastronomies from around the world with a Japanese base. With a focus on innovation and customer experience, TEIKIT seeks to differentiate itself in the competitive Japanese food delivery sector. It has earned a special place in the hearts of sushi lovers with its 9 locations throughout the city, offering delicious Japanese creations with a modern and fresh touch.
The challenge
Teikit faced a common challenge in managing its restaurants: the complexity of managing essential supplies such as electricity, water and gas at each of its locations. The task of coordinating and controlling these vital resources was becoming increasingly complicated and consumed a significant amount of time and resources. This made it difficult to optimize operations and customer service.
The Solution
To address this challenge, TEIKIT implemented Polaroo software, our technology solution designed specifically to simplify supply management in businesses like theirs. With Polaroo, TEIKIT was able to centralize and efficiently monitor the consumption of electricity, water and gas in all its premises. This solution provided a clear and detailed view of the expenses associated with each of them, allowing a more effective and optimized management of resources.
Results
The results were not long in coming: in just one year, Teikit managed to save more than 560 hours in time spent on supply management, freeing up resources to focus on improving the culinary experience for its customers. In addition, thanks to the efficiency provided by Polaroo, the restaurant chain managed to reduce costs by 34,000€, strengthening its profitability and long-term sustainability.
With Polaroo as a technology partner, Teikit not only optimized its internal operations, but also laid the foundation for continued and sustainable growth in Barcelona's competitive gastronomic market.
