What did this problem mean for Enso Co-Living? Since their tenants come and go so often, they needed to know what consumption those floors had in the last two months, to be able to charge each tenant their proportional share. And receiving the invoices as they received them, they could not do this procedure correctly.
Therefore, Polaroo's solution was give them the detailed information on your monthly consumption and making it easier for them to do this management in the most efficient way with their tenants, creating for them an e-distribution user, the electricity distributor responsible for the network and for the electricity to reach the homes.

We ended September 2021 managing 8 of their apartments and by October we were already managing 13 of their homes. They included 4 more properties in November 2021 and ended December with the management of 5 more floors. So far in 2022, they have included 3 new homes, 2 of them in Madrid, where they have just started to expand their business.
